The upside of FSBO is you save the commission, you needn't worry about getting a "bad" agent, and you have all the control. That said, FSBO is not a game for the light of heart. This is serious, winner take all and your opponents, the buyer and other sellers, are likely to use their A-team. There is a real advantage to using a licensed Realtor® who has your back (and the list below is not even 'all-inclusive'!).
So as you play the game, make every use of your personal FSBO Coach where you can, and if it doesn't look like you are going to win, it's probably time to bring me in as the Professional!.
